Erich Bolz currently serves as Assistant Superintendent of Instructional Services at Pasco School District in southeastern Washington. He has served as a remedial reading teacher, pre K-12 principal, and as a central office administrator at the small district, large district and Educational Service District (ESD) levels. Erich also works as an adjunct professor, process facilitator, strategic planner, a systems consultant and is a published author and keynote speaker.

Erich is passionate about ensuring access for all people to a quality educational experience, as education is the key to stability in our society. Of particular interest to Erich is the issue of school readiness, which as it turns out is the best predictor of a successful life there is.

Erich lives in Tri-Cities, WA with his adorable wife Shelly, an elementary art specialist and two surprisingly delightful teenagers. When he is not working writing or speaking, Erich can be found traveling, playing tennis, cooking, and reading.
